Uphill battle
We might have a small kitchen, but that doesn’t mean I should give up on cooking. In fact, I see it as a unique challenge. Also, just because we are living in SEA, doesn’t mean we need to only eat like SEA or only use those flavors and ingredients. We find a way to make it our own. Last night, I made pork chops with kraut. We found a place that does a good kraut. So, we decided to German up the meal. Pan fried with butter, broiled potatoes, and cuncumber (as Kiddo calls them) salad. I’d call it a success. We did have one snag during dinner. It was Kiddo’s finger nail. Her right handed pointer finger had a small snag in the nail. She needed it fixed. When asked why it couldn’t wait until after dinner…. Because, Dada, it’s on my pinchin' finger.
