Yummy Cat Juice

The Kitty Cafe was a smash hit.  So much so, I got a 20 minute break down of it last night when I went into the Kiddo’s room last night for tuck ins and kissies.  See, I was out late last night, didn’t get home until 8pm (in town doing Bday prep and gift hunting and then food, train, etc.) and I promised to come in and cuddle.  So, someone was yawning, but fighting those yawns for some Dada time.  “The Kitty Cafe was SOOOO fun.  The kitties were so fluffy.  Like, SO Fluffy, Dada.  Even fluffier than your arms… and your arms are Fluffy!”  I then got to hear all about a hairless cat that was soft, but not fluffy and had a towel and blanket for she wouldn’t get cold.  It looks like she had a complete blast.

I also missed the ice cream treat after dinner.  Kiddo and J had a balcony treat.  A blueberry cheesecake ice cream sandwich.  I hear it was “sooooooooo sooooooo sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good.”  I’ll let you decide based on photographic evidence.

And I’ve been on a juice kick recently.  Thankfully, so has Kiddo.  So much so that she requests juice now.  And helps pick the flavors.  And wants to hold the baht.  And see the juice getting made.  Today we had carrot, celery, and ginger.  Tangy.  Spicy.  Carrot sweet with an earthiness and celery freshness to it.  Yesterday, J got a carrot, pineapple, ginger and so did Kiddo and I.  Much sweeter, the ginger played with the pineapple to make a sweet and candied ginger type flavor.  Straight up orange is good.  It’s literally a woman with a juicer and fresh fruit/veg and she makes juice to order and you can watch her do it all.  This stuff is JUICE!

And speaking of juice and my love of Kiddo’s little chefness… “Dada, tomorrow for juice we should get an apple.  With celery.  And pineapple.  It’ll be good.”  I think I can custom order that.  If not, maybe I can point and pantomime my way thru it.  Does sound like a good combo though.

Other than that, a weekend is upcoming and I’m thinking we might just have to be lazy.  I know J has had a hard week.  Kiddo likes to sink into Mumma time on Saturdays, so she’s usually slower paced and a little lazy.  Otherwise, we are going to take Kiddo to the Night Market tonight and Fridays are the skip shower and stay out and up late days.  Lazy Saturdays might just be the rule.

In closing, if you argue that interracial marriage should be a “states right” you are a racist idiot.  If you argue that AFTER you signed a piece of paper saying that you disagree with the last Presidential Election and that the states don’t have the right to certify their own elections, that’s the job of the government, then you are a racist, ignorant, party over country, seditious, idiot who lacks in critical thinking skills.  And if I need to explain ANY of that to you, you are an idiot too.

Kenanji Brown Jackson is LITERALLY more qualified in terms of experience and positions held than EVERY OTHER JUSTICE currently sitting.  That’s damned near combining the other 8 Justices.  One of whom IS interracial married.  If you can take in all of this info and still side with the antics of Cruz, Graham, and all the other grandstanding asshats or if you say, well, both sides….

Nope!  Stop it.  Both sides… Look at the party line votes going back to 1992.  That’s 30 years.  There’s one side and then there is the GOP and bully tactics and screaming over your opponent when you have no point.

It is NOT a 1 or a 0.  Ones and Zeros should scare us.  0.3 to 0.7 should be about the range.  With some hardcore outliers here and there.  Obvious gerrymandering.  100+ US reps or Senators signing a paper to decertify a legal election and NOT being brought up on sedition and treason charges….

STOP BEING ASSHOLES!  It’s really not that hard.  Just treat people nice.  Don’t single issue vote.  Don’t vote by party.  Take away the D and the R from voting and D has a 70/30 advantage.  Ranked choice voting D has 75/25 advantage.  Take away gerrymandering and D controls 41/50 states.

Will of the people???? Seems pretty clear to me, and yet, we put D and R next to candidates, we put first past post as winner, and we allow gerrymandering to the point the Rs only got 34% of the vote in the last election in WI and yet managed to pick up two seats in the state senate, keep a GOP House, and go GOP in the House and Senate, despite Evers win and the state going to Biden.  Again, seems pretty clear cut, but since WI ain’t named BOOF, SCOTUS Justice BEER Calendar crying meltdown won’t deign to hear it.

Give.  Me.  A.  Break!

If you’re fiends jumped off a bridge…. Well, Boomer, ya see, the answer is yes.  Because jumping off a bridge is risky, but fun.  Echo Chambers on Facebook and your Boomer beliefs and you all following each other around and doubling down on doing Republican since Nixon, because it’s easier to push all in on Reagan, Bushes, and Trump than to act humanely and kindly and admit you made a mistake = NOT FUN.

Party of law and order…. Yeah, right!

All I want is sanity back, common sense, good faith governmenting, money out of politics.  Pretty simple.
