Life is short.  And we have one go at it.  A lifetime is a long time, but when you think about it, it’s really not that much time.  I almost had my ticket punched in my 20s and at 41, so maybe I’m more sensitive to that than most people, but I do think about stuff like that.  And not in a political or “we need to do more with life” kind of way.  In… IDK.  In a way.  Read to the end, you’ll see. I’ve been doing some napkin math recently.  I thought some of you might enjoy that; some of you for the math, some for the insights into my thoughts, and some just for the fun of it. The average person lives approximately 80 years.  However, the start of life is focused on growing, developing, and becoming.  Let’s call that the first 5 years.  That leaves us with a 75 year period. Shanghai Summer

We’ve been having some fun in the last couple of weeks since returning, but we’ve also had some tech hiccups.  I’ve wanted to post more, but problems with internet and connecting to it have been a thorn in the side.  Finally found a work around and solved the problem.  I was going to post last week, but we were in the dark, so this will be a double post.  Most pics at the end again, just to not over format as I go.  Plus, between J and I, the photos are kind of jumbled and mishmashed and I’m not going through 100+ photos to select the best and rename them in order for this.  Sorry all, you get the jumble, not the order. Working on setting this up and making it more to our liking and style.  I wanted to get something up, just so we have a placeholder and a little welcome to anyone coming over and wondering if this is really A, J, or the Kiddo. Also, it gives me a chance to try putting some media up as well.  Pics AND Videos???  Can it really be????
