Pizza Boat - A Weekend Adventure
The Kiddo grows and we are less than a month until her 5th birthday. When did this happen? Didn’t we bring her home like 5 minutes ago, not five years! I had a FitBit then and I remember driving home and having a heart rate at almost 100 and the first time I needed to brake hard or was passed quickly that my heart rate spiked into the 140s. She was so small. Couldn't talk, couldn't eat solids, she couldn't even lift her own head.
Now, she’s staying up late and coming out with us at night. She’s taking a boat tour of the river with J and myself. She’s asking to try food. She’s giving her opinions and asking questions about things.... about EVERYthing.
Normally, I’d have a thousand words on this weekend. More, probably.
Not this time. Today, I’ll let the pictures tell the story.
Friday night- Out with friends and two other couples from the building. J works with one half of each of those couples. The other half are the stay at home Dad and the fiancé. T and M brought their new lil man (8ish months) and the other couple are kid friendly. We went to a place that does food and beer and the like. Playground and music. Kiddo was great and had fun.
Saturday night- River boat trip. Food and drinks on the boat. Saw temples. Saw people who waved at us and the houses and people along the way all had smiles. Some of the places had kids that were swimming or playing or just hanging out and Kiddo waved and yelled to them and they waved and yelled back. I just sat back and loved the girls. It was great and we got to see so much.
Enjoy the pics, if you have questions you can email or comment and we will do our best to reply in good time.
