Sunken Cost Fallacy

A former United States President is under investigation for violating the Espionage Act and (maybe) violating a nuclear treaty.  The FBI (with a legal and valid warrant signed by a judge appointed by said former POTUS, who also sat the FBI direct who oversaw the raid) removed ~12 boxes of materials* from an unsecured location (Mar-A-Lago) and got the CCTV Footage to see who and when people went into that room and if they removed items or brought things like cameras of other recording devices with them.

At BEST this man attempted TREASON.  At worst, he sold or gave away highly classified and sensitive materials and secrets.

I can account for 1% of America being full of the Kool-Aid and calling it a set up, but approx 35% (based off polling and Faux Entertainment (can't call it news, they admitted as much in court, that "no resonable person would take their programming as fact") viewership data support this man and that this could lead to civil war.

For a Traitor to their own country.

Just so they don't have to admit they were wrong.  Or that they are racist, white privileged, church before society, simple minded fools who lack the critical thinking skills to see they've been brainwashed and under-educated/indoctrinated to the point that their tribalism makes this all ok.

None of this is ok.  

ALL of America should be screaming (save the ~1% crazy Kool-aid drinkers) to lock him up and wanting to know who else worked with him to root out the evil.  

Instead, about 50% are just ok with it, cuz Obama something something or Hilary's emails something something or Hunter's laptop nothing nothing.

The rule of law should apply, just like it would if it is you or me.  

And yet, MuriKKKa screams and has a tantrum instead of just cleaning up the mess and learning from it and moving on.

None of this is ok, but if you are ok with it, I think you need to look very hard in the mirror and at yourself, because you are not ok.  

I'll be taking a couple of days off.

Let's go Kiddo... maybe one day all will be well and we can see America again, but for now, half a globe away from MuriKKKa is as far as we can get and we're happier here anyways.

*Note: each ITEM carries up to 10 years in prison and if sold to foreign enemies, death by hanging or firing squad.  Approximately TWELVE BOXES.  If each box held just a single document, that's 120 years.  THINK ABOUT THAT!
