Making a splash at five

It's been a whirlwind week, with J off and Songkran and Easter and Kiddo Birthday and just life in Bangkok.  Songkran was a week long party, as it seems everything shut down and hours varied all last week with almost everything.  But, we had a blast.  It was so cool to see and be part of and we are excited for the years to come since we know more and what to expect and how to act, timing, celebrations, etc.

The real highlight was Kiddo and her birthday.  Next year, we hope to have a better and more fun bday with friends and peers instead of our friends in the building and at BASIS, but a thanks to everyone who helped and was part of the celebrations.  A special mention to Mel and Tony.  Mel for giving us Tony for two days to help me cook and show me the secrets to his Mexican heritage and Texas background on making Pork Tacos/Fajitas.  Plus his pico.  Kiddo and I did the guacamole.

I'll not be overly wordy today.  I'll let the pics and vids speak for themselves.  Her joy and happiness and the fun she had.  Also, we've introduced her to Uno.  And yes, we still play cards up so we can help her learn the strategies and gameplay.  Look at that face after a win vs Dada!!!!  And with baseball back, we are certainly back to cheering on the Brew Crew, so her and I are back to morning baseball and go Brewers.  And before bedtime when we say goodnight to Bangkok we send out a GO BREWERS so good Karma is in the universe for them.  Also, some scenes from the Mall and decorations for Songkran that got lost in the shuffle.  And a pic of Nanny Beer by the pool at Kiddo's Bday as she came out to celebrate with us.

Without further ado....

Lastly, before I go.....
You can believe in whatever you like.  Whatever religion you want.  That is YOUR faith and beliefs.  Doesn't make it mine.  Maybe you should follow the teachings of your religion instead of claiming it and then ignoring those teachings.  Just sayin!
